South Florida for over 25 years. As an AlarmClub member, you will always receive priority service whenever there is an issue with your alarm.
In addition, our customer service representatives are dedicated to solving any issue that may arise with your account. All representatives are trained and experienced in dealing with nearly every scenario that may arise. With AlarmClub, you can take advantage of a discounted alarm monitoring fee that is less than half of our competition, while still enjoying the high-quality support you deserve.
If you have DSL internet service that shares the phone line used for your alarm monitoring, you will need a DSL filter. DSL internet service causes interference with the phone line and without a DSL filter, the alarm signals may not be received by our central station.

What Happens After I Order My AlarmClub Phone Line Alarm System Monitoring Service?
Once you order AlarmClub's phone line alarm monitoring service, you will receive an email with a link to an easy online form which will ask you for your alarm system's make and model, the phone number your system is connected to, as well as your system's zone information. To find your alarm system's make and model, look on the inside door of your hardwired control panel. Your system's control panel is usually a tan metal enclosure located in a garage, laundry room, closet, etc. (Please note: The control panel is not the keypad which you use to arm and disarm your system.) The wiring diagram on the inside door of your alarm system's control panel should have the make and model printed on it. If you have an all-in-one wireless alarm system, the make and model will either be located on the front of the control panel/keypad or on the backside of the alarm system.
After you submit the form, you will receive a phone call from an AlarmClub technician who will help you verify whether or not you need a
alarm system upgrade. Our technician will walk you through, over the phone, how to get into the programming interface of your system using your keypad. If you are able to successfully get into programming, no alarm system upgrade is needed. AlarmClub will then schedule a convenient time to come to your property and reprogram your system to communicate with our UL certified alarm monitoring station through your phone line. They will also do a full system test to ensure every device on your system is working properly. This reprogram/test process takes on average 1 to 2 hours, and is FREE with a 3 or 5 year phone line alarm system monitoring commitment.
If the technician finds that your control panel is locked out and cannot be reset back to factory defaults, you will need to order the alarm system upgrade before your phone line alarm monitoring service can begin. An AlarmClub technician will then take down your existing alarm system and install a brand new DSC alarm system so that you can get AlarmClub's phone line alarm monitoring service.
Cellular Alarm Monitoring Upgrade:
AlarmClub is South Florida's leader in alternative alarm communication paths. With the emergence of digital voice, VoIP and cellular communications, a traditional phone line is no longer required for alarm monitoring. If you are paying for a traditional phone line and you only use it to monitor your alarm system, AlarmClub gives you the option to eliminate that monthly phone bill. Order the
GS3060 universal cellular alarm communicator to upgrade to cellular alarm monitoring. You could also order the
free cellular alarm monitoring service to upgrade to cellular alarm monitoring.
