The ADC-V716 Alarm.com Outdoor 2MP Wi-Fi Spotlight Security Camera, an affordable, feature-rich video surveillance solution designed to deliver intelligent outdoor security for residential and commercial properties. Combining sharp 1080p Full HD video, High Dynamic Range (HDR), Two-Way Audio, an integrated LED spotlight, and a built-in siren, this advanced outdoor security camera provides reliable monitoring, proactive deterrence, and convenient remote access. With Alarm.com's intelligent Video Analytics technology, the ADC-V716 can identify people, vehicles, and animals, helping property owners stay informed about important activity while reducing unnecessary notifications.
The Alarm.com ADC-V716 Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera captures clear, detailed video in 1920 x 1080 resolution with a wide 110° field of view, making it ideal for monitoring driveways, entryways, walkways, patios, and other outdoor areas. Its HDR technology improves image quality in challenging lighting conditions by balancing bright and dark areas, while the integrated LED spotlight enables full-color night vision for enhanced visibility after dark. The camera also features infrared night vision, allowing it to capture black-and-white footage in low-light environments without relying on the spotlight.
Designed to provide more than traditional video surveillance, the ADC-V716 incorporates Alarm.com Video Analytics with intelligent object detection to distinguish between people, vehicles, and animals. Users can configure customized detection rules and receive notifications through the Alarm.com mobile app when important activity is detected. Advanced deterrence capabilities, including AI Deterrence, Perimeter Guard®, and Manually Triggered Warning Sounds, help discourage unwanted visitors by using the camera's integrated spotlight, audible alerts, and built-in speaker. These proactive security features allow property owners to respond to suspicious activity before a potential incident escalates.
The camera's integrated microphone and speaker support Two-Way Audio communication, allowing users to listen and speak remotely through the Alarm.com app or compatible web interface. Whether communicating with visitors, providing delivery instructions, or addressing unexpected activity, this interactive capability adds convenience and another layer of security. Continuous Live View provides access to real-time video, while supported recording options allow users to review activity whenever necessary.
For dependable wireless connectivity, the ADC-V716 supports dual-band Wi-Fi networks operating on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, offering greater flexibility when connecting to compatible wireless routers. Bluetooth® enrollment helps simplify the installation and troubleshooting process, reducing the complexity of connecting the camera to an Alarm.com account.
