AlarmClub ("Company") security products carry a 30-day return guarantee with Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" Number Issued, excluding processing fees associated with the transaction, programming charges and/or shipping and handling expenses. Ship only unmarked and unopened security products back to Company in the original manufacturer's packaging, and please remember to place the RMA Number visible on the outside of the shipping package.

No refund will be issued on Products returned in defaced or damaged manufacturer's packaging not suitable for resale, as determined by Company.

All products that are not defective as determined by Company and returned for any reason in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging shall incur a 25% restocking fee of the total invoice price. The refund minus the restocking fee will be applied to Purchaser's original form of payment once the products are received and approved for return by Company. Products must be returned to AlarmClub, 1133 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Alarm batteries, signs, power supplies/transformers and special order items are final sales (not eligible for return and refund).

*Shipping Labels. Return shipping labels are not provided by Company in most cases. Purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in shipping products back to Company unless; Company shipped the wrong item, or Company issued Purchaser an RMA for a defective part.

*Wrong Item Shipped. In the event Company sends the wrong item, then Company will reimburse the Purchaser for shipping expenses incurred only using US Postal standard ground shipping service.

*Defective Products (Authorized Returns with RMA Issued). Company will only issue an RMA for a defect that has been remotely tested/confirmed defective by Company prior to shipping the product back to Company. Company will reimburse Purchaser for shipping expenses only using US Postal standard ground shipping service. Once the Purchaser receives an RMA, the Purchaser will have ten (10) days to ship the defective product to the Company.

*Defective Products (Unauthorized Returns without RMA Issued). Shipment of a defective product back to the Company is only authorized once the Purchaser receives the RMA from the Company. Shipping of a defective product back to the Company without an RMA issued may result in the incoming shipped product being rejected and returned to Purchaser at Purchaser's expense.

Please follow the following steps listed for AlarmClub RMA Number:

 1. The below, completed return request form must be submitted to Company within 30-days from the date of shipping in order to receive an RMA Number.
 2. In addition to the products, all manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
 3. Items must be unopened, in new and resalable condition. All packaging material (not torn or damaged) must be included.
 4. Place smaller manufacturer branded boxes in a larger corrugated box with packing paper and write the RMA Number on the outside of the corrugated box.
 5. Purchaser is responsible for any return shipping expenses and it is recommended that Purchaser purchase shipper's insurance.
 6. Make sure to record the shipping tracking number for the product return package.
 7. Return merchandise must be sent back to our address at AlarmClub, 1133 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, within 10-days of the issuance of the RMA Number. If a tracking number can not be referenced within the 10 days, the RMA can be cancelled.
