AlarmClub ("Company") security products carry a 30-days return guarantee (with Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" Number Issued), excluding processing fees associated with the transaction, programming charges and/or shipping and handling expenses. Ship only unopened security products back to Company, and please remember to place the RMA number visible on the outside of the package.

How we Proceed with a Product Return?

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order once it is received at our corporate mailing address and the return is finalized. Alarm batteries, signs, power supplies/transformers and special order items are final (not eligible for return).

*Shipping Labels. Return shipping labels are not provided by Company in most cases. Client is responsible for all costs incurred shipping products back to Company unless; Company shipped the wrong item, or Company issued Client a RMA for a defective part.

*Wrong Item Shipped. In the event the wrong item was sent by Company to Client, then Company will reimburse the Client for all related shipping expenses.

*Defective Parts (Authorized Returns with RMA Issued). When Client returns a defective product, and Company has confirmed and issued Client an authorized RMA number to be used for product return. Company will reimburse Client for any return shipping fee's incurred.

*Defective Parts (Unauthorized Returns without RMA Issued). When Client returns a product to Company, which they believe to be defective, but without having Company remotely confirm/test said defect and issue an authorized RMA Number. If Client's returned product is in fact found by Company to be defective, Company will reimburse Client for any incurred shipping fee's. However, if Client's returned product is found by Company to be Not Defective, then Client will be held responsible for all shipping expense's incurred by Company for the re-return of product to Client's Address. If Client does not want Company to ship the part back, Client may choose to have Company keep the product and elect to pay the 25% restocking fee instead.

Please follow the steps listed below to receive a AlarmClub issued RMA number.

 1. The return request must be submitted within 30-days from the confirmed date of delivery to Company. Please submit the below form to proceed with receiving a RMA Number.
 2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
 3. Items must be unopened, in new and resalable condition. All packaging material (not torn or damaged) must be included.
 4. Place smaller manufacturer branded boxes in a larger corrugated box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the corrugated box.
 5. Client is responsible for any return shipping expenses accordingly* (Client purchasing shipper's insurance is recommended).
 6. Make sure to record the shipping tracking number for the product return package.
 7. Return merchandise must be sent back to our address within 10-days of an RMA Number being issued. If a tracking number can not be referenced by 10 days, the RMA can be cancelled.
