Our Return Policy

We provide a five (30) day money back guarantee on all non-programmed products except back ordered or special ordered items. Any product(s) pre-programmed by a AlarmClub technician for self-monitoring are subject to a non-refundable programming charge based on the equipment that was programmed. Any service(s) that was activated for alarm monitoring are subject to a non-refundable activation charge.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Software and hardware that is opened and not returned in near perfect condition will not be refunded.

Return Criteria:
1. AlarmClub must be notified within 30 days from the confirmed date of delivery and you must fill out the below form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
3. Items must be in exact condition (new and resalable) they were sent including packaging material (not torn or damaged), manuals, and warranty cards.
4. Place items in the box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses and we recommend that you purchase shippers insurance.
6. Make sure you record your package(s) tracking number(s).
7. AlarmClub must receive returned merchandise at the below address within 2 weeks (14 days) after the confirmed date of package delivery, in accordance with above mentioned criteria.

Please Note:
Once all these steps are completed please allow up to 30 days for processing your refund. You have two options with how you want us to deal with your refund:
1. AlarmClub can credit your purchasing credit card account number.
2. AlarmClub can issue a store credit to be used against future purchases or apply the amount as a credit towards your monthly monitoring bill.

In the event the wrong item was sent to you, you will be credited all freight charges relevant to the wrongly shipped item. Make sure to include postal receipt in your return package.
