Please follow the "return criteria" steps listed below to receive a AlarmClub issued RMA number and ship the near perfect security products back to us with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package.

1. AlarmClub must be notified within 30 days from the confirmed date of delivery and you must fill out the below form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. All manuals, warranty and literature must be unmarked and included.
3. Items must be in exact condition (new and resalable) they were sent including packaging material (not torn or damaged), manuals, and warranty cards.
4. Place items in the box with packing paper and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses and we recommend that you purchase shippers insurance.
6. Make sure you record your package(s) tracking number(s).
7. AlarmClub must receive returned merchandise at the below address, within 10 days of RMA number being issued, in accordance with all of the above mentioned criteria.

AlarmClub security products carry a 30-days return guarantee (with RMA number issued), excluding processing fees associated with the transaction, programming charges and/or shipping and handling expenses. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the order once it is received at our headquarters and the return is finalized. Alarm batteries, signs, power supplies/transformers and special order item sales are final and not eligible for return.

If you would like to exchange a product believed to be defective, and after us confirming/testing said defect, we will waive the restocking fee. However, if the product is found to be not defective, the original product will be returned at client's expense.

In the event the wrong item was sent to you, you will be credited all freight charges relevant to the wrongly shipped item. Make sure to include postal receipt in your return package.
