When does my monthly billing start?

Your monthly monitoring charges will begin 30 days after your order date. During the free trial period, you will receive monitoring service at no charge. To maximize the value of the 30-day free trial, we encourage clients to do their part in completing the setup process promptly.

This billing schedule continues each month to ensure uninterrupted monitoring and service. If you have any questions regarding your activation date or billing cycle, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Example:

  • Order Date: June 8, 2026
  • 30-Day Free Trial Ends: July 8, 2026
  • First Monthly Billing Date: July 8, 2026
  • Second Monthly Billing Date: August 8, 2026

After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew each month based on your first monthly billing date.

Is a Credit Card or ACH Required?

Yes, a valid credit card or ACH bank account is required for payment and to keep your subscription active.

Can I pay with Affirm®?

Not available for recurring billing (only for part orders).

Can I pay with Paypal®?

Not available for recurring billing (only for part orders).

Is it a Secure Transaction?

What if I have a Past-Due Amount?

If applicable, any past-due balance will be charged on the provided card.

What is the Recurring Billing Schedule?

After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew each month based on your first monthly billing date.

What if my Sales Tax Changes?

We do business throughout the United States (US) and collect sales tax according to the particular states applicable law. If the law regarding any states sales tax changes, we are permitted to collect the appropriate sales tax at that time and correctly apply it on customer's credit card. In the event a customer is charged more or less sales tax than the law dictates in his/her specific location, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and/or pay the appropriate taxes.
