Step 1: Go to Your Email Inbox
To find your AlarmClub Parts Order Number, first go to the inbox of the email address you used during checkout. Be sure to check the same email account that was used to place your order.
Step 2: Click the Email to Open It

This number is essential for tracking your purchase and for any future correspondence with AlarmClub regarding your parts order.Open the order confirmation email by clicking the email from "AlarmClub Security." Then, locate your Parts Order Number, displayed as "Order #AC-XXXXX" near the top of the confirmation email (see example image above).
