The AlarmClub Up to 30-Day Risk-Free Trial is available exclusively to new AlarmClub monitoring customers and is not available to existing monitoring customers enrolling in a new monitoring plan.
The trial period begins on the date the order is placed, not the date monitoring service is activated. Because the trial period starts at the time of purchase, customers are encouraged to promptly complete all required installation, testing, and activation steps to maximize the number of days available to evaluate the monitoring service during the trial period.
The trial provides eligible new customers with up to thirty (30) calendar days to evaluate AlarmClub monitoring services. The actual number of trial days available may be reduced if there are delays in installation, activation, testing, or customer response to activation requirements.
Existing AlarmClub monitoring customers are not eligible for the risk-free trial on their current monitoring plan. However, existing customers who add optional services, features, or enhancements ("Add-On Services") to an existing monitoring plan may evaluate those specific Add-On Services risk-free for up to thirty (30) days from the date the Add-On Service is ordered. The risk-free period applies only to the newly added service and does not apply to the customer's existing monitoring plan, equipment, or other services.
Customers may cancel the monitoring service or eligible Add-On Service at any time during the applicable trial period by following AlarmClub's cancellation procedures. To avoid charges for the service being evaluated, cancellation must be requested before the trial period expires. Upon expiration of the trial period, the monitoring service or Add-On Service will continue at the applicable recurring rate unless canceled.
AlarmClub reserves the right to determine eligibility, deny abuse of the promotion, and modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
