COMPANY warrants, for the benefit of CLIENT only, that Products purchased from the COMPANY and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions shall be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). COMPANY's sole responsibility for any defect or nonconformity in the Product, shall be that, COMPANY, at its option, repair or replace the defective or nonconforming parts or components in the Product. Any claim based on the foregoing warranty must be submitted to COMPANY within the Warranty Period.
This warranty is in effect only if:
CLIENT promptly notifies COMPANY in writing upon discovery of the defect with a detailed explanation of alleged deficiencies
CLIENT obtains a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")
from COMPANY and then sends the defective Product in its original packaging if available or other appropriate packaging to avoid additional damage, postage prepaid, along with a brief written description of the problem to COMPANY at:

COMPANY's warranty does not apply when deficiencies were caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or programming, or operator problems.
If CLIENT fails to retain the original packaging and requires packaging for shipment of repaired items, CLIENT may be charged for the replacement packaging.
COMPANY may use reconditioned parts for repairs or substitute materials of equal quality at time of replacement in fulfillment of this warranty.
This warranty does not include batteries, or apply to damages caused by electrical surges, lightning, software upgrades, repairs by CLIENT or others, communication products that are no longer supported by communication pathways, obsolete components, and components exceeding manufacturer's useful life, accident, misuse, modification, or improper installation.
